초록
This study explores the factors of discontinuous use of digital fitness platform users to help operators optimize their services and improve retention rates. This study uses the structural equation model, based on Push-Pull-Mooring (PPM) theoretical framework, combined with Social Influence Theory and Attachment Theory, to construct an influence model of discontinuous use intention of digital fitness platform users. This study takes Keep APP as an example, and empirical analysis is conducted by collecting user questionnaire data. Use fatigue, peer influence and media attachment jointly influence the discontinuous use intention of digital fitness platform users. Media attachment plays a partial intermediary role between use fatigue and discontinuous use intention, while user involvement positively moderates the relationship between peer influence and discontinuous use intention. This study extends the study of discontinuous use intention to provide digital fitness platform operators with a reference for improving their services and engaging users.
