본 연구는 여대생의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용, 신체 감시가 팻토크에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 2차 자료 분석 연구이다. 본 연구는 D시와 K시 소재에 있는 대학교에 재학 중인 여대생을 대상으로 시행하였으며 구글 설문지 프로그램을 이용하여 설문지를 배포하고 회수하였다. 연구에 활용된 본 조사는 2019년 8월 1일부터 2019년 8월 14일까지 실시하였으며 최종 329부의 설문지가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 자료분석방법은 일반적 특성에 대한 기술통계 차이검정, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관분석과 위계적 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 나이, BMI, 여대생의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용시간, 신체 감시가 유의하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 팻토크를 34.8%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 여대생의 팻토크를 개선하기 위해 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용과 신체 감시를 줄일 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하는 기초를 제공하였다.
Abstract
This study was aimed at investigating the effect of use of SNS (social network services), physical surveillance of female university students on fat talk. Methods: The subjects distributed and retrieved the questionnaire using the Google questionnaire program through SNS for female students at university in D and K. The data was collected from Aug. 1, 2019 to Aug. 14, 2019, and a total of 329 copies were used as final analysis data. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. It was found that age, BMI, grade, use of SNS and physical surveillance were the factors influence fat talk among female university students. These variables explained about 34.8% of variance in fat talk. This study can be found way the basic data for the development of programs that can decrease used of SNS, Physical surveillance to improve fat talk of university students.
