본 연구는 공학계 여대생의 역량개발과 평가를 위해 활용할 수 있는 측정도구로써 진로자본 척도를 개발하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 수행을 위해 진로자본 관련 문헌분석을 토대로 예비문항을 추출한 후 내용타당도를 검증하였다. 이 결과를 토대로, 예비조사 100명, 본조사 466명의 공학계 여대생을 표집하여 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석 등을 실시하였다. 각 요인의 신뢰도 수준이 유의미하게 높게 나왔으며 확인적 요인분석 결과 모든 적합도 지수가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과, 공학계 여대생의 진로자본 척도는 의미역량, 기술역량, 관계역량 총 3개 영역, 9요인, 44문항으로 도출되었다. 이 연구는 대학에서 운영되는 여성공학지원 프로그램의 성과와 내실화를 확인할 수 있는 준거의 틀로써 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to develop career capital scale as a measurement tool that can be used for the development and evaluation of the competence of female college students in engineering. For this, preliminary questions were extracted based on the literature analysis related to career capital and the content validity was verified. This study sampled female college students in engineering, 100 students in the preliminary survey and 466 students in the main survey, and conducted exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis. The reliability level of each factor was significantly high, and as a result of confirmatory factor analysis, all fit indexes were good. As the result, career capital scale for female college students in engineering were derived from three areas: knowing-why, knowing-how, knowing-whom. This study can be used as a reference frame to confirm the performance of the women’s engineering support program operated by the college.
