연구 목적: 이 연구는 Adler의 초기회상에 기반한 집단상담을 대학생에게 적용하고, 집단과정에서 생활양식과 대인관계 변화경험을 탐구하고자 하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 수도권 소재 A대학의 집단상담 과목 수강생 10명을 대상으로 집단상담을 운영한 후, 9회기 전체 축어록을 검토하여 연구 목적에 부합한 세 명의 참여자를 사례로 선정하여 이들의 생활양식과 대인관계 변화 경험을 질적 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 세 참여자의 생활양식과 대인관계 변화 경험을 ‘초기회상의 정서적 느낌’, ‘자기관점과 삶에 대한 관점이 변화됨’, ‘강점 및 긍정적 자원발견’ 등 13개 범주로 분류하여 탐색하였다. 결론 및 제언: 초기회상에 기반한 집단상담은 대학생들의 생활양식에 대한 이해를 심화하고 대인관계에서 상호 연결감과 소속감을 증진하는 데 도움이 되었으며, 이를 바탕으로 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study aims to apply group counseling based on Adler’s early recollection to university students for exploring of life style and interpersonal experiences. After 9th sessions of group counseling, three cases selected for qualitative analysis of their lifestyle and interpersonal changing experience. As a result, 13 categories were classified. These include ‘emotional feeling in early recollection’, ‘self and life-perspective changed’, and ‘strength and positive resources discorvered.’The research results were discussed and suggested.
