심뇌혈관질환자의 e-헬스 리터러시와 건강행위가건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향

연구 목적: 본 연구는 심뇌혈관질환자의 건강관련 삶의 질을 알아보고 이에 미치는 영향요인을 e-헬스 리터러시와 건강행위 측면에서 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 방법: 심뇌혈관질환을 진단 받아 K도에 소재한 A병원의 권역심뇌혈관센터에서 진료를 받고 있는 158명을 대상으로 서술적 상관관계 연구가 이루어졌다. 자료는 2022년 2월 21일부터 2월 25일까지 설문지 작성을 통해 수집되어 SPSS 22.0을 이용하여 분석되었다. 연구 내용: 다중회귀분석 결과, 대상자의 건강관련 삶의 질의 영향요인은 e-헬스 리터러시(β=.17, p=.033), 건강행위(β=.28, p<.001), 70대(β=-.19, p=.030)와 80세 이상의 연령(β=-.28, p=.001)이었다. 결론 및 제언: 심뇌혈관질환자의 건강관련 삶의 질은 e-헬스 리터러시, 건강행위의 증진을 통해 향상시킬 수 있다. 더욱이, 고령의 연령은 건강관련 삶의 질을 악화시키는 요인이었으므로 고령의 심뇌혈질환자에 대한 특별한 관심이 요구된다.
Abstract
This study was proposed to investigate effects of e-health literacy and health behaviors on health related quality of life (HRQOL) in cardio-cerebrovascular disease patients. A descriptive, correlation approach was conducted with 158 patients at the regional cardiovascular center of a general hospital located in K province. Data were collected using a questionnaire from Feb. 21, 2022 to Feb. 25, 2022. Data was analyzed by using SPSS statistics software version 22.0 for descriptive and inferential statistics. In multiple regression analysis, affecting factors on HRQOL were e-health literacy (β=.17, p=.033), health behaviors (β=.28, p<.001), the age of 70 (β=-.19, p=.030), and over 80 years old (β=-.28, p=.001). HRQOL could be improve through the promotion of e-health literacy and health behaviors in cardio-cerebrovascular disease patients. Furthermore, since too old age was a factor that deteriorated the HRQOL, special attention is required for the elderly with the cardio-cerebrovascular disease.
