연구 목적: 이 연구는 신입 보육전문요원 대상 직무교육 프로그램의 실질적인 효과성을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법: 이를 위하여 일반적 현업적용도 도구와 직무능력 행동지표를 도구화하여 보육전문요원 112명과 소속 센터장의 응답 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 연구결과 첫째, 신입 보육전문요원의 현업적용도는 전반적으로 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 보육전문요원은 전체 영역에서 센터장보다 자신의 직무능력 수준을 높게 인식하였고, ‘운영관리’를 제외한 3개 영역에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 보육전문요원들은 현업에서 운영 관리와 사업 관리에 있어 어려움을 겪고 있었고, 관련 교육의 요구가 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과를 토대로 보육전문요원을 위한 직무교육은 보다 실천적인 내용으로 개선되어야 하며, 체계적인 직무교육과 사업별 인력 충원이 필요하며, 직무교육 효과성 평가에 있어 현업적용도 평가를 고려해야 한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the practical effectiveness of central support centers for job training programs for new childcare support center agents. To this end, the responses of 112 childcare support center agents who completed job training, as well as the head of the childcare support center, were analyzed using general job application tools and a job competency behavior index developed by the research team. This study found that the training program had high overall levels of job application among new childcare center agents. Another finding from comparing job competency self-evaluations to evaluations from the head of the center showed that childcare support center agents rated their job competency to be higher than did the head of the center for all evaluation areas. There were statistically significant results in three of these areas, with the exclusion of ‘operational management’. Finally, childcare support center agents expressed difficulties in operational and project management, demanding the need for further training. This study confirmed the problem with transfer-ability of training program participation to practical work situations and offered suggestions for a more objective methodology for evaluating job applications.
