연구 목적: 이 연구는 사별로 인해 변화된 가족 구조, 가족 관계, 및 의사소통의 형태에 대하여 연구 구하고자 한다. 또한 사별을 경험한 가족이 사별에 잘 적응할 수 있도록 도울 수 있는 개입 방안에 대하여 제시하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 연구의 목적을 성취하기 위하여 사별아동이 있는 암으로 가족을 사별한 20가족을 대상으로 비구조화 면담을 하였다. 연구대상자는 18세 미만의 자녀가 있는 사별 가족이고 연구대상자인 사별가족의 사별기간은 3개월에서 3년이다. 연구 결과: 이 논문의 연구 결과는 세 개의 주요 주제가 도출되었고 그 내용은 첫째, 사별가족의 어려움이고, 둘째는 사별가족의 가족관계와 의사소통, 셋째는 폐쇄된 의사소통과 개방된 의사소통으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과를 바탕으로 결론에서는 어린 자녀가 있는 사별가족을 도울 수 있는 사별 돌봄 개입 방안에 대하여 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study is to obtain discusses the way in which family structure, relationships, roles and forms of communication change following bereavement, as well as the practical implications of helping bereaved families adjust to their loss. This study interviewed twenty Korean bereaved family members from families in which one spouse had died of cancer where the interval following the death ranged from two months to three years. These widowed families with children aged under 18 were interviewed. Three main themes were emerged that firstly, difficulties in bereaved families; secondly, family relationships and communication; lastly, closed and open family communications. Based on these research findings, some bereavement care implications were suggested.
