The Study on Social Change under the High Growth of Japan

This study has a primary goal of getting that I consider a Japanese social change to happen by high growth, not on the aspect of economic production but on the process of high mass consumption society. And I am going to thereby analyze the change of everyday-life. It is explanation about the high mass consumption society of Rostow, W. and a concept called the greed naturalism of Masao Maruyama that it becomes the key of the argument. At first I grasp the scale through numerical value and describe rapid economic growth in Japan, and analyze the mechanism that enabled the growth. After that, I chase the change of the society/everyday-life which “compressive” economic growth caused. In brief, I replace high growth in Japan with cultural context, and I’m going to see In brief, I replace high growth in Japan with cultural context. Through such analysis, the high growth excavated new value in a dimension unlike the actual situation.
