전술데이터링크는 (근)실시간 임무를 수행하는 플랫폼에 탑재된다. 임무컴퓨터와 통합된 데이터링크는 전투기 등 다양한 플랫폼에 도입됨으로써, 전술상황도 공유와 신속한 지휘통제가 가능하게 되었다. 데이터링크를 탑재한 플랫폼이 전술C4I체계와 정보를 교환할 필요가 있으면, 이들은 데이터링크를 통하여 정보를 교환한다. 차세대 C4ISR 체계는 ISR체계 - 지휘통제체계 - 타격체계의 연동으로 전 제대가 실시간에 전장상황을 동일하게 인식하고, 최적의 지휘결심과 임무지시를 지원하는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 우리 군은 데이터링크를 통하여 C4ISR 체계를 발전시키고, 정보우위, 결심우위와 실시간 대응능력을 구현해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Tactical data link(TDL) is installed on the platforms performing time sensitive missions. The push to integrate TDL on more platforms triggers sharing a tactical picture and exerting command and control. TDL-equipped platforms and C4I system should exchange a real-time information via TDL. Next C4ISR will evolve towards sharing situation awareness and supporting optimal command decision and order. Our C4ISR should develop using TDL and have information superiority, decision superiority and real-time capability.
