Two Koreas have been discussing unification through mutual agreement as practical unification approach. Therefore, provision about unity by mutual agreement must be well prepared Armed Forces no less than 1,800,000 person of both South Korea and north Korea is standing face to face. The whole North became a barrack system along the military-first politics. Considering particular circumstance of the Korean Peninsula, success or failure of Korean unification hangs in how military integration is made. It is having very important meaning when military integration is made and what the unification procedure is in these meaning. This research examined military integration theory and foreign unification case shortly, and analyzed which organization has forces command authority by each step of unification plan coming out of two Koreas. Based on the above research, this paper concluded optimum time and appropriate decision procedure of military integration in case of Korean unification through mutual agreement.
