보호관심병사 식별에 관한 지금까지의 연구는 대체적으로 정성적 분석에 기반하였다. 본 연구에서는 정량화된 데이터를 활용한 이상치 탐지 기법으로 보호관심병사 식별 방안에 대해 알아보고 이를 통하여 보다 객관적인 결과를 도출하였다. 실험결과를 통하여 논문에서 제시한 방안의 적용성을 확인하였다. 특히신병 부대분류 체계 개선과 중대급 보호관심병사 식별 프로그램 구축 등의 즉시적용 가능한 방안을 제시하였고 보다 발전적 대안을 위해 정책적 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Qualitative analysis has been used for most of the research to identify the soldiers who need intensive care. In contrast with previous research, this study used the method of outlier detection technique quantitative data. With the experimental results, we verify its applicability and suggest immediately applicable methods such as improvement of recruit unit classification system and identification program of soldiers who need intensive care for company grade unit. In addition, we also suggest political plans for more expansive application.
