본 연구의 목적은 육군 보병 연대에서 근무하는 도움 및 배려 병사들의 형성과정에 관한 경험 현상의 본질을 분석한 것이다. 연구 참여자는 복무 중인 병사35명이었다. 자료 수집과 분석은 약 9개월 동안 비구조화된 면담과 현장 관찰, 문서 기록을 병행하여 근거이론 접근 방법을 적용한 질적 연구이다. 연구결과58개의 하위범주, 28개의 상위범주, 10개의 패러다임 모형으로 나타났다. 형성과정은 억제 및 잠복, 갈등 축적, 혼란 및 중첩, 충동적 행동 및 변화단계로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 도움 및 배려 병사들의 경험 현상과 그 형성과정을 밝힘으로써실체를 이해할 수 있는 기틀을 제공하였다는 데 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The main purpose of this study is the outcome of analysis and experienced essential from a group of soldiers the assistance and consideration, who have had their formation process under infantry regiment in the Army. 35 soldiers who need intensive care were investigated. All the data has been simultaneously and timely collected analysis with unstructured interview, field observation and archival records for 9 months; the methods of the grounded theory approach were applied as qualitative research. As final conclusion of this study, 58 subcategories, 28 categories and 10 paradigm model are categorized. The formation process was emerged inhibition and concealment, accumulated conflict, turmoil and overlap each other, act on impulse and change levels. The study has a significant meaning to provide a foundation of understanding as revealing the phenomenon experienced and the formation process of the assistance and consideration for soldiers.
