아동대상 성범죄자의 특성 및 집단치료 효과 - 좋은 삶 모델을 중심으로

본 연구에서는 교정기관에 수용중인 13세미만 아동대상 성범죄자 113명을 대상으로 범죄특성 및 좋은 삶 모델을 토대로 한 집단치료의 효과를 살펴보았다. 먼저 13세미만 아동대상 성범죄자의 범죄특성에서 전체 범죄자의 평균 형기는 47.88개월, 범수는 1.51회, 수용횟수는 1.79회, 유죄선고 횟수는 5.34회이었고 PCL-R 총점의 평균은 8.84이었다. 범죄의 피해자는 면식(62.8%) 및 친족(32.7%)의 비율이 높았고, 동종범죄 재범은 30.9%, 이종범죄 재범은 39.1%로 나타났다. 다음으로 좋은 삶 모델의 접근을 토대로 집단치료를 실시한 결과, 성범죄자의 재범 및 범죄유발요인(성적관심, 왜곡된 태도, 사회-정서적 기능, 자기관리)과 관련된 대부분의 영역에서 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 특히, 아동 성추행, 강간통념, 자아존중감, 고독감, 대인반응성, 충동성, 주관적 안녕감 영역에서 유의미한 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구 결과에 대한 시사점이 논의되었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate crime characteristics and the effects of group therapy based on Good Lives Model on 113 sex offenders against child under 13 years old who were imprisoned in correctional institutions. First of all, in the characteristics of the crimes, the average sentence of all criminals was 47.88 months, the number of crimes was 1.51, the number of imprisoned was 1.79, the number of conviction was 5.34, and the average of PCL-R total scores was 8.84. The victim of the crime had a high percentage of acquaintance(62.8%) and relatives(32.7%), the recidivism rates of homogeneous crime were 30.9% and the recidivism rates of heterogeneous crimes were 39.1%. Next, group therapy based on the approach of Good Lives Model showed a positive change in most areas related to the recidivism and the criminogenic factors(sexual interest, distorted attitude, socio-emotional function, self-management) of sex offenders. Especially, there was a significant effect on child molestation, rape myth, self-esteem, loneliness, interpersonal reactivity, impulsivity, and subjective well-being. Finally, the implications for the results of this study were discussed.
