한국 성폭력 전담 간호사의 역할 개발: 델파이 기법의 적용

본 연구는 국내 실정에 맞는 성폭력 전담 간호사의 역할을 개발하여 전국의 성폭력 피해자 지원기관에서 근무하는 간호사의 역할을 표준화하고 전문영역으로 자리매김하는데 기여하고자 시도되었다. 문헌고찰을 통해 국내외 성폭력 전담 간호사의 역할을 정리하고, 이를 토대로 관련 전문가 16명에게 3차례의 델파이 조사로 의견 합치 후, 법적 타당성 검토를 시행하였다. 3차 델파이 조사에서 연구 설계 시 설정한 합의도 0.75 이상, 수렴도 0 ~0.5, 내용타당도 비율 0.49 이상에 대한 기준을 모두 충족하였다. 연구 결과 5개 역할, 6개 영역, 61개 간호활동을 도출하였으며, 국내 성폭력 전담 간호사의 역할은 보건의료 정책과 의료법의 차이로 인해 국외와는 다르게 나타났다. 본 연구로 도출된 역할을 국내 성폭력 피해자 지원기관에 적용하고, 간호사의 역량이 부족하게 나타나는 부분에 대해 교육을 실시하여 업무 수행 능력을 향상시킨다면 궁극적으로 성범죄의 감소에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study aimed to develop the role of sexual assault nurse examiners (SANE) in South Korea. This will attempt to standardize the role of nurses in Sexual Violence Victim Support Centers across the country. This research was conducted with three steps: integrated literature review, Delphi study, and legal validity review. Three-round Delphi surveys were undertaken with 16 Korean experts. In the 3rd round, there was consensus in the degree of consensus, degree of convergence, and content validity ratio (CVR). The result of the study identified five roles, six domains, and 61 nursing activities. The role of the Korean SANE was found to be different from that in other countries due to differences in the Korean medical system and law. If this study is applied to practice in Sexual Violence Victim Support Centers and nurses are accordingly educated, performance of SANEs is predicted to improve. This will then contribute to the reduction of sexual crimes.
