초록

Philip Cooke, media theorist, who analysed dynamics between new media and new economy, has suggested that new media is similar to new economy sectors like IT and biotechnology. Because economy markets are dynamic, its contribution has shown the creative spirits, innovative ideas and social interactions that make new media possible as commercial products are clustered in localized spaces of the new economy. The key feature of clusters is that they are dynamic. A cluster is an arena of dense and changing vertical input-output linkages, supply chains and horizontal interfirm networks. So Cooke defined the cluster as geographically proximate firms in vertical and horizontal relationships, involving a localized enterprise support infrastructure with a shared developmental vision for business growth, based on competition and cooperation in a specific market field. As Cooke suggested above, Korean cinema law in revision must reflect the changing media circumstances. The first of these is that there should be a definite distinction between profit cinema and non-profit one. Second, revising cinema law must discriminate in favor of culture technology. Third, it should reflect the side of cinema education. Fourth, it be revised to intensify a clarity of cinema industry and non-profit cinema.
