At this digital period, Korea with an IT power takes an active interest in digital cinema industry to begin home production of film technology. But now there isn't the technology policy of Korean film. In Korean film history there wasn't a rational policy. Korean film is groping for the related technology policy or program to spread digital cinema industry. It is very important for digital cinema that is a method capable of making film industry's choice and if technology policy of digital cinema is a tactics, it of Korean film is the strategy to lead the twenty-first century. ‘Democratization’ that digital film of the first stage is to dream is being encroached by the extravagant capital and high technology of digital cinema industry. Digital mythology like interaction and network isn't meaning the true ‘culture democracy’. We must make technology policies of ‘Human-Eco Digital Cinema’ being humanistic and ecological on the basis of humanism.
