한국 민간경호 교육훈련 실태 분석을 통한 교과과정 운용 및 설정

Abstract

To operate the private security work which becomes diverse and specialize effectively and to improve the quality level of private security guards, the training system needs to be systematized basically. This study tries to use basic materials for providing professional private security training program through suggesting implications and directions by comparison analysis the training and curriculum of Presidential Security Service, police organization, and overseas security training centers which are scientifically advanced for the private security training curriculum operation and establishment. The operation and direction of private security curriculum are as follows. Firstly, The education subjects should be reorganized through revision of security business law. It should be reorganized to practice centered and the training program should be readjusted by analyzing unique works of private guards to fit each five category. Secondly, the Public Law Enforcement training program like Presidential Security Service should be introduced to the private security. Thirdly, training program exchange should be made through association with constructing business-school-government cooperation system. Presidential Security Service and police should supply advanced method of guarding and communicate with the academic world and businesses based on various experiences including overseas and domestic and the security businesses should invest widely to the improvement of better condition for the guards, enhancement of training, and development of cutting edge technology and equipments.
