Abstract

A security personnel should have ability to cope with a critical situation to ensure client's safety, which is accomplished by Martial arts instruction and training. Likewise, it is no exaggeration to say that the Martial arts instruction and training in Private Security Business related to Security and Executive protection is very important in that security personnel who are turned out through the Martial arts training will take charge of security management activity. The Martial arts education related to Security and Executive protection will get connected with the client's welfare, which is an important part of building confidence to the security education in private security education system. Therefore, to make the Martial arts instruction and training related to Security and Executive protection effective, it should be achieved to select Martial arts techniques suitable for security techniques and circumstances, link the Martial arts techniques with those of accidental occurrence countermeasure, ⅲ) give priority to protecting and evacuating techniques, and develop the Security Martial arts way about one. Also, to develop the Martial arts education system in security business, it is achieved as followed;First, the time of Martial arts education for security personnel in Security Business Act is to be made longer and it is to be enacted provisions specialized for executive protection and bodyguard. Second, the education and training to private security personnel is to be actualized on the basis of business situation and reality. Third, the testing system for Martial arts professionals is introduced and its training program is to be developed. Finally, administrative support devices are prepared and through its supporting system the security business is to improve Martial arts education and training spontaneously.
