국내외 물류부문의 RFID 도입에 따른 SWOT 분석과 사례연구

본 연구에서는 RFID의 해외 적용사례들과 걸음마 단계인 국내 물류부문의 사례를 대상으로 물류성과 측정지표를 기반으로 하여 SWOT 분석을 실시하였으며, 이를 통하여 국내물류관련 기업들이 RFID를 도입하여 얻게 되는 이득과 해결하여야 할 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. SWOT분석을 통해서 도출된 국내 물류관련 기업들의 강점은 실시간자료처리, 고객서비스향상, 재고비용감소, 국제물류대행능력 등이다. 약점으로는 높은 RFID 도입비용과 기술의 표준화, RFID 칩 가격의 고가 등이다. 기회로는 해외시장진출 기회, RFID 시장의 성장 잠재성, 무선인터넷 시장 확대 등이다. 위협으로는 선진기업의 시장진출, 기술표준경쟁, 보안문제 등이 있다. 따라서 RFID 도입 전략을 수행하기 위해서는 RFID 기술의 글로벌 표준화, RFID 칩 가격의 저가화, 보안문제 해결, 관련기업 및 부처간의 협업 등과 같은 선결과제가 존재함을 알 수 있다.
Abstract
Recently, there is tremendous excitement about the RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) as mainstream technology of ubiquitous and its impact on business as retail, post, airline, shipping and port part. RFID tags use radio waves to enable electronic product labeling and wireless identification. The purpose of the paper is twofold; the one is to analyze the features of the strategy through the case analysis of RFID technology adopted in domestic and foreign logistics parts. The second is to provide the korean logistics parts with some suggestions for RFID adoption benefit. The SWOT methodology is used to derive the future directions of RFID adoption strategy for domestic logistics parts. In the results of SWOT analysis based on logistic performances guideline, to conduct RFID adoption strategy, we suggest the introduction of standard technology, RFID's low-cost aggravation, the violation of a privacy by RFID, the settlement of security problem, the furtherance of venture fund of RFID tag, the cooperation between relation organizations.
