부산지역 해양수산분야 산학관연 네트워크 구축 및 운영에 관한 연구

본 연구는 부산 해양수산분야 국제경쟁력 제고를 위하여 해양수산 관련 기업, 대학, 연구소, 기관 및 단체 등 지역 인프라와 우수 인력의 체계적인 연결을 통하여 해양수산 분야의 시너지 효과 창출을 위한 해양수산분야 산학관연 네트워크 구축방안을 제시하였다. 연구결과 부산지역 해양수산 네트워크는 다양한 해양수산분야의 관련조직들이 참여하여 다차원적인 네트워크를 형성하고 공식적 및 비공식적 교류와 정기 및 비정기 모임, 온라인 네트워크 활동 등을 활성화시켜 네트워크가 지속적으로 운영될 수 있도록 하며, 인력양성, 기술개발, 마케팅, 네트워킹 등의 공동사업을 유기적인 협력체계하에 수행하여 상호이익을 창출하고 그 효익을 참여조직들이 공유할 수 있도록 구축되어야 한다.
Abstract
This study is to suggest an alternative for establishing the co-operative network among industry, university, institute and government in order to improve the competitive advantage in the field of maritime and fishery in Busan and to create synergy effect through co-operative network. The network have to be composed of multi-dimensional network linking sub-networks by industry and business in order to connect systematically various and complex maritime and fishery-related organizations in the Busan region. In order for the network to be operated successfully, the manpower training and education, technology development, marketing and networking business which could create common profits of the participating organizations have to be performed. The study suggests various regular and irregular interchange and irregularly meeting methods after establishing the network. This paper presents the organizational system of the network creating synergy effect through continuing mutual interchange and cooperation among the members of the network.
