부산항과 일본 주요 항만간 유통경로 및 포트폴리오 분석

Abstract

The increase in the transshipment cargo between the port of Busan and Japan has relatively high and increased 6~8%. This paper highly supports the fact and explains the increase of the transshipment cargo between the port of Busan and major Japanese ports. This paper suggests the alternatives for the inducement of transshipment cargo through the distribution channel analysis(O/D) in major Japanese ports and the portfolio analysis between the port of Busan and major twenty ports in Japan in terms of transshipment cargo. The result of analysis refers that the ports of Hakata, Yokohama, and Nagoya have rather high market shares and growth rates in terms of the transshipment cargo with the port of Busan. Besides, the ports of Kitakyushu(Moji), Shibushi, Toyamashinko, Fukuyama, and Naha have relatively high growth rate despite of the averaged market shares so that these ports are highly likely to be the main transshipment port for the port of Busan. Finally, the eastern parts of regions including the ports of Kobe, Osaka, Tokyo, and Hiroshima have become less significant and decreased in growth rate. With all these factors, this paper proposes the suitable strategies for the inducement of transshipment cargos.
