컨테이너터미널 운영측면의 생산성 향상방안을 연구하기 위해 작업의 상호작용성을 고려한 17개 생산성 향상요인을 도출하였고, AHP와 IPA 분석을 통해 생산성 향상요인들의 포지셔닝을 확인하고 전략적 개선방향을 제시하였다. IPA 분석결과 적하분 리마샤링, 양하블럭 리마샤링, 양하작업시 블록 분산장치, 장비 예방정비 철저 요인들은 중요도는 높으나 성취도가 낮은 Ⅳ사 분면에 위치하고 있어 컨테이너터미널의 생산성 향상을 위해 집중적 개선이 필요한 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 반입베이 POD Mix 최소화, Damage 컨테이너 구분장치, Emty 장치시 선사 및 Type Size 구분, 정확한 운전자 근무교대로 타임로스 최소화 요인은 중요도와 성취도가 모도 상대적으로 낮아 점진적 개선이 필요한 Ⅲ사분면에 포지셔닝 되었다.
Abstract
In this study, 17 factors were extracted in the results of analyzing the interaction of each workspace based on operation conditions of the container terminal. And this study discovered positioning of productivity improvement factors on by the AHP/IPA analysis. This study came to a conclusion that the productivity improvement factors that belonged to the quadrant Ⅳ were the loading container remarshalling, the discharging block remarshalling, the discharging block dispersion, and the thorough preventive maintenance. This study also concluded that these productivity improvement factors that requires intensive improvement. Additionally, productivity improvement factors(storage bay POD discharging, separation of hipper & type size inn empty stacking, separation stacking for damage container, correct work shift for time loss minimum) that belonged to the quadrant Ⅲ should gradually be improved.
