전자무역플랫폼하의 수입물류업무 효율화를 위한 e-D/O 활성화방안

수입물류업무에서 화물인도지시서의 전자화는 전자무역활성화를 통한 국가 및 기업의 경쟁력 강화를 위한 부문 중 하나이다. 본 논문에서는 전자무역플랫폼을 통한 향후 전자무역의 모형과 함께 전자무역플랫폼 33대 혁신과제 중 물류/통관업무의 효율화를 위한 과제중의 하나인 L/G(letter of guaranty;수입화물 선취보증서)·D/O(delivery order;화물인도지시서)중심의 수입물류관련 유통프로세스를 개선하기 위한 e-D/O를 살펴보았다. 이와 함께 수입물류업무에서 e-D/O를 통한 처리시스템의 추진방향을 고찰하고 이의 기대효과 및 활성화 방안을 논하고 있다.
Abstract
Electronic delivery order is one of the important sector of e-Trade platform and e-trade activation for country and enterprise's competitive power strengthening in import-logistics process. This paper examines the future model of e-trade through electronic trade platforms. Especially, this paper examines the 33 reform subjects of e-trade platform, research the import-logistics distribution process mainly L/G․D/O process for the efficiency of logistics and customs process, and suggest the activation plan of e-D/O for the improvement of import-logistics process.
