물류파트너쉽 결정에 따른 성과에 관한 실증연구

초록

최근 세계 경영환경의 악화로 인해 많은 화주기업들이 제3자 물류기업들과의 장기적인 거래를 통한 수익의 창출수단으로서 파트너십 형성을 고려하고 있다. 양자간의 파트너십 형성은 작업의 효과, 불필요한 비용의 제거, 고객 서비스 증대 등의 효과를 창출할 수 있을 것으로 기대되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문의 목적은 화주기업과 제3자 물류기업간의 파트너십 형성요인과 그에 따른 성과를 실증분석하여 전략적 시사점을 제시하는 데 있다. 연구결과 파트너십 형성요인은 결정요인에 일부만 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 파트너십의 결정요인은 모두 성과에 긍정적 역할을 미치는 것으로 나타나 화주기업과 제3자 물류기업간의 파트너십 형성은 중요한 것으로 볼 수 있다.
