미국내 물류보안 동향과 C-TPAT운용에 관한 고찰

미국은 2001년 9.11테러를 기점으로 국가안보에 대한 중요성 인식하고 이를 위한 수단으로 미국내에 수입되는 물품에 대한 보안을 강화 시켰다. 미국을 주축으로 하는 물류보안은 국가간에 이동하는 수출입 화물에 대하여 종전의 신속통관위주 관리방식에서 테러 및 조직범죄로부터 국가사회와 기업의 물류를 지켜내는 것을 최우선시 하고 있다.본 연구에서는 미국내 물류보안에 대한 동향의 파악과 적절한 대응책을 강구할 필요성 인식을 출발점으로 하고 있다. 특히, 2002년부터 시행하고 있는 C-TPAT에 대한 고찰을 통해 향후 정부는 물론 우리 수출입기업 및 관련 물류업체에 주는 시사점과 그 대응방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다.
Abstract
The U.S. recognized 9.11 terrors importance about national security by origin in 2001. To realize national security, the U.S. strengthened security for imported goods. Supply Chain security that do the U.S. by main axis is doing at highest priority have kept country society and enterprise supply chain from terror and organized crime in existent quickness entry putting first government official mode about import and export freight moving between the country. This study suggested present condition grasping about U.S. logistics security and confrontation plan. Specially, the purpose of this paper is to presents confrontation plan with registration point in government as well as we import and export enterprise and import and export connection logistics company hereafter through analysis about C-TPAT.
