중국 상해지역 화주업체의 운송주선 사업자 선택에 관한 실증적 연구

전 세계적으로 중국 무역활동이 활발해 짐에 따라 세계 여러 국가들은 중국 시장으로의 진출을 꾀하고 있다. 이로 인해 국가 간 무역의 근간이 되는 물류주선업 부문에서는 그 영역이 점차 확대되고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 중국 상해지역 화주기업을 대상으로 운송주선업체 선택요인에 대한 조사와 분석을 병행하였다. 운송주선업체 선택요인과 관련한 조사에서는 문헌조사와 전문가 인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 이에 대한 세부항목을 도출 한 후 요인분석을 시행하였다. 그리고 종속변수를 화주업체의 만족도, 충성도, 기업성과로 설정하여 화주업체의 활동지역별로 다중회귀분석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서는 중국 상해지역의 화주업체들이 인식하고 있는 운송주선업체 선택요인을 화주업체의 활동지역별로 구분하여 파악하였다. 그리고 추후 국내 국제물류주선업체의 중국 시장으로의 진출을 위한 기초연구 및 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.
Abstract
Recently, China's trade activities are increasing and other countries are entering the chinese market. Due to this reason, freight forwarder’s business sectors are increasingly expanding. The aim of this paper is to assess shipper’s selection factors to use freight forwarders. Before the empirical analysis, first, we drew the detailed selection factors of freight forwarders through literature reviews and specialist interviews. Second, we used regression analyses using dependent variables (satisfaction, loyalty, business performance) about each activity area of shippers. Through the analysis, we could show the shipper’s criteria about freight forwarder’s selection factors. And finally, this study proposed the implications for domestic freight forwarders having intention to go into the chinese logistics market.
