자녀양육에 대한 국내 간호학분야 연구논문 분석

목적 본 연구의 목적은 국내 간호학분야에서 수행된 양육에 대한 연구논문을 양육의 속성과 지식체 유형을 중심으로 분석하여 추후 자녀양육에 대한 연구와 간호실무의 방향을 설정하는 근거자료를 제시하는것이다. 방법 KoreaMed, 한국학술정보, 과학기술정보통합서비스, 과학기술학회마을, 한국교욱학술정보원의 5개 온라인 사이트를 통해 201편의 논문을 선정하였고, 개념을 양육의 속성과 지식체 유형별(기술적, 설명적,처방적 지식)로 분석하였다. 결과 연구설계는 실험연구가 27.3%, 비실험연구가 72.7%였고, 연구대상자는 양육자로는 어머니가 가장 많았고(36.0%), 피양육자로는 신생아가가장 많았다(29.6%). 양육속성별로는 양육에 대한 반응 영역이 가장많았고(49.9%), 양육지식 영역이 가장 적었다(2.2%). 양육속성의 하위영역별로는 양육에 대한 반응 영역에서는 양육스트레스, 양육자신감/효능감. 양육태도 등의 순이었고, 양육실제 영역에서는 애착, 부모-자녀상호작용, 양육행동/양육실천 등의 순으로 나타났다. 아동의 성장/발달/행동 영역에서는 영아의 성장과 발달, 행동/건강 문제 등의 순으로나타났다. 지식체 유형별로는 설명적 지식이 가장 많았고(55.2%), 처방적 지식(30.0%), 기술적 지식(14.9%)의 순으로 나타났다. 결론 자녀양육과 관련하여 다양한 지식체가 개발되었으나 처방적 지식의 개발이 미흡하며, 발달단계별 양육과 어머니 외의 다른 양육자 대상 연구가 부족하였고, 양육의 실제적인 측면보다는 양육에 대한 반응에 관한 연구가 더 많았다. 따라서 양육의 공동 책임자인 아버지와 대리 양육자 대상의 연구, 아동의 발달 단계별 건강을 위한 아동간호학의 차별화된 지식 개발 연구, 양육실제를 유도하는 처방적 지식을 개발하는 연구와 아동양육의 국가적 중요성을 감안하여 아동양육정책개발 연구를 제언한다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze papers on child rearing in Korea and to suggest future research and nursing practice directionsfor child rearing. Methods: An on-line search via 5 web sites yielded 201 research papers. The analysis of key concepts was based on theattributes of parenting and type of knowledge held by the parents. Results: The research papers found in the search were 27.3% experimentaland 72.7% non-experimental. Among the participants, 77.0% of parents raising the child were mothers and the children were mostly youngchildren under the age of one year. Types of knowledge related to child rearing varied widely, but explanatory knowledge (55.2%) was the mostcommon, followed by prescriptive knowledge (30.0%) and descriptive knowledge (14.8%). For attributes of parenting, reaction to parenting(49.9%) followed by parenting behavior/practice (43.1%) was most common. Conclusion: Findings of this study indicate that further researchis necessary regarding fathers and surrogate caregivers and on prescriptive knowledge for health promotion of children at different developmentalstages. Also the results suggest a need for research toward developing child care policies.
