As the target and scope of support for Korea's training credit program system expanded, the demand for beauty vocational training education is also increasing. In terms of people's lifelong education and long-term career development, we have analyzed the effect of the beauty vocational competency development education program on a career decision. The subjects of the survey were 600 practitioners who took the beauty vocational training education with the support of Korea's training credit program system. This study conducted a self-controlling questionnaire to 600 practitioners. Stratified sampling (300 beginning beauticians and 300 experienced beauticians) was used to recruit graduating Korea's training credit program as participants and 584 valid questionnaires were collected. According to regression analysis, there is a disparity between the beginning and experienced beautician groups, which are explanatory variables influencing career decision-making. In the case of beginning beauticians, the educational contents and educational environment were important and the influence on practical suitability was low, whereas the experienced ones had a large influence on the training content, educational environment, and practical suitability. This suggests that it is necessary to introduce a systematization of the curriculum by skill level rather than the separate education of the certification class and the practical class.
