초록
Cubosomes are a type of nanoparticles composed of specific amphiphilic lipids, such as monoolein, a biological component. Cubosomes can carry water-soluble and fat-soluble substances as well as amphoteric substances. Cubosomes have very small particle sizes due to their molecular structural properties of having continuous double aqueous channels in the form of cubes in aqueous solution. Because of this, it can improve the delivery capacity of nutrients and drugs to control the release of molecules. It also has an high biological affinity with the cell membrane of skin cell, allowing it to easily penetrate into the intercellular space. In order to find concentrated conditions for stably forming cubosomes using particle structure characteristics of cubosomes, three polymers were used as emulsifier. According to the different contents of polymer, manufactured 6 kinds of cubosomes to compare. Retinal, an active ingredient, is difficult to stabilize in cosmetics due to light, heat or oxidative stress. It was applied by using the most stable concentration among the six cubosomes. The structure of the formed cubosome was observed with an electron microscope and it was confirmed that the structure of cubosomes and cubosomes included retinal collected formation are well created. Rheology, dispersion stability analysis and long-term analysis by light and heat show that cubosomes included retinal remain stable. In addition, through the transdermal absorption test, cubosomes included retinal release retinal in a short time and the result value shows that the transdermal absorption rate is high can be obtained. Based on the study, here can proved to see that cubosomes are able to trap destabilizing substances as retinal. As it can capture other active ingredients such as whitening, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory agent as well as retinal, it has the potential to be widely used as a new carrier in the cosmetic field.
