연구목적: 수업경영과 관련된 하위요소와 구체적인 세부전략을 통합하여 정리하고, 이를 바탕으로 교사의 수업경영을 분석할 수 있는 체계적인 분석방법 및 도구를 개발, 적용하여 체계적 수업분석을 통한 수업경영 향상 방안을 탐색하는데 있다. 연구방법: 실천연구방법을 적용하여 문헌연구, 전문가 검토를 통한 수업경영 향상 방안을 개발하고, 교사 2명을 선정하여 현장 사례적용 과정에서 다양한 자료의 수집, 분석이 이루어졌으며, 분석결과를 바탕으로 수업경영 향상 방안을 수정·보완하였다. 연구결과: 체계적 수업분석을 통한 수업경영 향상 방안으로 첫째, 효과적이고 다양한 수업경영 정보에 기반을 둔 체계적 수업경영 전략으로 구성 제시하였다. 체계적 수업경영 전략은 크게 4개 영역 구성요소로 수업시간 관리, 수업자원 관리, 언어적 표현 전략, 비언어적 표현전략으로 구분하고, 각 영역별로 하위 전략 및 세부 하위 전략을 제시하였으며, 교수자의 이해를 돕기 위해서 해당 설명을 개요 수준에서 제시하고 있다. 둘째, 수업경영 개선을 위한 체계적 수업분석을 실천하기 위한 수업경영 분석방법 및 도구를 개발하였다. 수업경영 분석 절차는 진단분석 - 수업분석 - 결과 처치의 3단계 과정을 거치되 각 단계별로 필요한 수업경영 분석도구로 진단분석도구인 체크리스트와 성찰일지, 수업분석도구로 수업관찰 및 분석도구인 수업시간 관리 분석도구, 수업자원 관리 분석도구, 언어적 표현전략 분석도구, 비언어적 표현전략 분석도구, 결과 처치도구로 방사형 그래프와 종합분석이 포함되어 있다. 논의 및 결론: 체계적 수업분석을 통한 수업경영 향상 방안은 현장 교사들에게 체계적인 수업경영 전략에 대한 설계 및 실천에 실제적인 정보 및 자료를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 그리고 수업개선을 위한 수업경영 분석방법 및 도구를 제시하여 수업경영에서 발생하는 다양한 문제를 해결하기 위한 반성적 성찰방법 및 도구, 자기 성찰 기회를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the improvement methods of teaching management through the systematic classroom activities analysis that include teaching management strategies, teaching management analysis methods and tools. Method: These improvement methods of teaching management was developed through action research that utilize literature review, expert interview, and field application. Results: The results are as follows. First, a systematic teaching management strategies based on effective and various teaching management information was constructed and presented. Second, teaching management analysis methods and tools were developed to implement systematic classroom activities analysis to improve teaching management. The teaching management analysis methods and tools use the processes of analysis that would be implemented through three steps (diagnostic analysis, analysis of classroom activities, handling of the results). Conclusion: These improvement methods of teaching management developed through this research will provide practical information and materials to design and practice systematic teaching management strategies .to instructional analysts and teachers. Also, it will provide methods and tools of reflective management to solve various problems in class management.
