인천 기술융합 네트워크의 구조 및 변화 분석: 국가연구개발사업을 중심으로

최근 기술융합은 새로운 지식 창출의 방법론으로서 확산되고 있다. 지역혁신의 측면에서도 지역혁신체제의 고도화 및 신산업육성이라는 긍정적효과 때문에 기술융합이 중요한 이슈로 부각되고 있다. 본 논문은 인천의 기술융합 네트워크 구조 및 2009년~2013년까지의 변화를 사회네트워크 분석을 통해 규명하고, 인천에서 기술융합을 활성화시킬 수 있는 시사점을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인천의 기술융합 연구개발이 증가되는 추세에 있다. 둘째, 기술융합 네트워크 내 여러 군집이 존재하며, 상위군집 내에서의 융합이활발하다. 셋째, 기술융합 네트워크에 참여하는 기술분야가 증가하고 있으며, 기술분야간 융합도 활성화되고 있다. 넷째, 기존 주력산업분야와 연관된 분야에서 기술융합이 활발하게 나타나고 있다. 넷째, 다분야 기술융합보다는 두 분야간 융합이 주를 이루고 있음을 확인하였다.
Abstract
Technological convergence has been spreading such as the methodology of new knowlege creation. It has emerged as an important issue because of the positive effects of Reginal Innovation Systems and new industry promotion in terms of Reginal Innovation. In order to review of structure and change of Technological convergence network, This study is using Social Network Analysis to target Technological convergence national R&D industry's projects in Incheon The analysis of this study provided three research results. First, there is a growing Technological convergence R&D in Incheon. Second, the area of high centrality of Technological convergence was Incheon's existing flagship industry of the materials, environment, car and more. Third, Node of Technology and convergence in Technological convergence networks was increased. The implications of this study is that the technological convergence of policies at the regional level should be encouraged and it need to be promote Technological convergence between exist flagship industry and new industry.
