관광 레저형 기업도시의 개발실태 분석에 대한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of company city development for tour and leisure activities and to find out important factors for the management and operation of the company city by exploring the foreign cases. For this, this study reviewed theoretical issues, and then, examined seven foreign cases of tour and leisure types. In addition, this study analyzed types of case cities in terms of company type, main developer and development method. The results of this analysis indicate the followings. First, The company type was usually joint ventures with several companies rather than single company type. Second, the main developer was private leading or private-public joint leading type in most cases. Final, the development method showed new town type development rather than using existing developed area.
