가족건강성이 GRIT(그릿)에 미치는 영향: 심리적 안녕감과 성취동기의 순차적 매개효과

이 연구는 대학생이 지각하는 가족건강성이 GRIT에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 심리적 안녕감과 성취동기의 순차적 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 A, C 지역 대학교에 재학 중인 대학생 318명으로부터 가족건강성, GRIT, 심리적 안녕감, 성취동기 척도를 이용해 자기 보고식 설문을 수집하였으며, SPSS 25.0과 Mplus 8.1을 사용하여 순차적 매개효과를 검증하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가족건강성이 GRIT에 미치는 총 효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 가족건강성은 심리적 안녕감을 매개로 GRIT에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 가족건강성이 성취동기를 매개로 하여 GRIT에 미치는 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 심리적 안녕감과 성취동기는 가족건강성과 GRIT 사이의 완전한 매개변인임을 확인하였다. 이번 연구는 대학생이 인식하는 가족건강성이 심리적 안녕감과 성취동기를 순차 매개하여 GRIT에 미치는 영향을 연구했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 연구 결과를 통해 대학생의 심리적 안녕감과 성취동기를 높임으로써 GRIT을 증진 시키는 효과적인 개입이 논의되었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the sequential mediating effects of psychological well-being and achievement motivation on the family health among college students, which in turn influences their grit. To this end, 318 college students participated in the study and completed self-reported measures on family health, psychological well-being, motivation for achievement, and grit. The results indicated that family health does not directly affect the grit. However, family health was found to have a significant impact on the grit through sequentially mediating effect of psychological well-being and achievement motivation. Implications for future studies are discussed.
