이 연구는 정신장애를 가지고 병원에서 지속적인 관리를 받으며 음악치료 프로그램에 참여하고 있는 정신과 환자를 대상으로 음악치료에 대한 인식도를 조사함으로써 음악치료를 제공하는 음악치료사와 음악치료를 받는 클라이언트간의 의사소통을 원활하게 하고 성공적이고 효과적인 음악치료 프로그램을 위한 자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적에 따라 이 연구에서는 구조방정식 모형(SEM)을 사용하여 정신과 환자들의 음악치료 인식에 대한 통합적인 모형을 제안하고 검증하고자 하였다. 이 연구에서 세운 연구모형은 ‘외적요인’과 ‘내적요인’이 음악치료 만족도에 영향을 미치고, 음악치료 만족도는 다시 재 치료의사에 영향을 미친다는 것으로, 연구모형 검증 결과 음악치료 만족도는 내적 요인에 의해서는 영향을 받지만 외적요인에 의해서는 영향을 받지 않으며, 재 치료의사는 만족도에 영향을 받는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study is a survey research on the recognition of music therapy of adult psychiatric patients, currently receiving music therapy services at a psychiatric hospital, for the purpose of facilitating active communications between music therapists and clients and providing essential information for effective music therapy. SEM(Structural Equation Model) was used to verify the research model that integrates the recognition of music therapy of psychiatric patients. The research model in the study consisted of external factors and internal factors, affecting clients' satisfaction with music therapy service that also affects clients' propensity to return to the same service. The result of the study showed that clients' satisfaction was affected only by internal factors, and clients' propensity to return to the same service was affected by client's satisfaction.
