Purpose: The purpose of this study was to classify subjective structure of job image promoting basic research data about EMT. Methods: A Q-methodological approach which provides a way of analyzing the subjectivity of each item was used. Q population was performed in this research through literature review and interview. From this, a final Q sample of 28 statements was obtained. The P sample sorted the Q sample for job image. The collected data was analyzed using PC QUANL program. Results: Results revealed three distinctive types of job image about EMT. Type 1 is an angel-like guarder type, type 2 is a simplicity type. And type 3 is a professionalism type. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that different approaches of educational program and consultation for EMT students are recommended based on the three types of job image.
