공정성 논의를 둘러싼 주류경제학의 난맥상 연구

주류경제학의 주류인 신고전파의 중핵은 효율성으로 잘 알려져 있다. 주류경제학에서 효율성은 어디까지나 개인의 자기결정권을 최대한 보장하는파레토 효율성이어야 한다. 파레티언 자유주의는 효율성만으로 구성된 이론적 골격을 제시함으로써 신고전파의 중심을 차지하였다. 이와는 달리 주류경제학은 공정성 개념에 대해 어떠한 합의도 이끌어내지 못했다. 더구나 공정성에 대한 주류경제학의 논의는 지독한 난맥상을 연출한다. 이러한 난맥상에서 공정성은 효율성으로 환원될 수도 없고 고유한 실체로 명백하게 부각된다. 반면에 파레토 원리는 더 이상 자명한 공리가 아니다. 이러한 난맥상을 통해 본 논문은 주류경제학의 심각한 논리적 균열의 근저에 공정성이있음을 보여주고 있다.
Abstract
As is well known, the efficiency is the hard core of Neoclassical, the center of mainstream economics. The efficiency of mainstream economics must be Pareto efficiency. Paretian Liberal occupied the center of Neoclassical by providing the theoretical scheme consisted of only the efficiency. On the contrary, the mainstream economists don't agree definition and concept of justice among themselves. Moreover, the discussions among themselves around justice show the utter logical disorder. It stand out from this disorder that the justice is the entity inherent to economic order. Conversely, Pareto principle is no longer the axiom. By analyzing this disorder, that is to say, there are the justice under the logical cracks of mainstream economics.
