우수 소프트볼 선수 타격동작의 운동학적 특성 분석

본 연구는 소프트볼 국가대표선수의 타격자세를 운동학적으로 비교․분석하여, 올바른 타격자세와 스윙에 대한 기초적인 자료를 현장에 제공하고 소프트볼의 타격기술 향상과 발전에 기여하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 현 국가대표 소프트볼 선수 3명의 타격 동작을 고속 카메라(180field/sec)로 촬영하였고, 디지타이징 과정을 거쳐 3차원 좌표를 도출하였다. 도출된 3차원 좌표를 바탕으로 스윙 시간, 배트 속도, 배트각, 상체각, 무릎각, 손목각 등의 운동학적 변인을 측정․분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 총 스윙 시간과 국면별 스윙 시간은 수행의 우수한 정도에 따른 차이를 나타내지 않았지만 국면 1과 국면 2의 시간 비율은 약 7:3～8:2 정도로 모든 실험 대상자 및 모든 수행에서 거의 일정한 패턴을 보였으며 모든 실험 대상자의 우수 수행 시 최고 배트 속도가 비 우수 수행 시 최고 배트 속도보다 빠른 것으로 나타났다. 또한 모든 실험 대상자의 우수 수행 시 임팩트 배트각이 비 우수 수행 시보다 더 지면과 수평에 가까운 것으로 나타났고 임팩트 상체각이 90°에 가까운 것으로 나타났다. 각도요인에서는 모든 실험 대상자들이 우수 수행 시 지지다리의 무릎각 차가 비 우수 수행시보다 적은 것으로 나타났으며 임팩트 손목각이 작은 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate an kinematical characteristics in national softball player. For this purpose, batting time, bat speed, bat angle, trunk angle, knee angle, wrist angle were investigated. Two high speed video cameras were used to obtain the 3-D kinematics of the player and bat. Also, necessary kinematical factors were calculated by using these 3-D coordinates. Based on this experimental design, The results of this study were followed. First, whole swing time and phase time have no difference. Swing rhythm (of phase1 to phase2) appear in a similarity. Second, bat speed in superior performance faster than speed in bad performance. Third, bat angle in superior performance was level with the land. Forth, bat angle in superior performance nearer with perpendicular angle in bad performance. Fifth, knee angle in superior performance bigger than angle in bad performance. Last, wrist angle in superior performance bigger than angle in bad performance.
