다차원적 완벽주의 척도의 구인 타당성 검증 및 태권도 사범 스트레스와의 관계

본 연구는 다차원적 완벽주의에 대한 개념을 확인하고, 이를 바탕으로 완벽주의와 스트레스와의 관계를 규명하기 위해 두 개의 연구로 나뉘어 진행되었다.〔연구 1〕의 연구 참여자는 1차 설문 200명(연령 M=27.27, SD=5.21 운동경력 M=14.64, SD=5.75 지도경력 M=3.60, SD=2.62), 2차 설문 200명(연령 M=26.60, SD=4.45 운동경력 M=12.81, SD=3.78 지도경력 M=3.04, SD=2.24)으로 총 400명의 태권도 사범들이었고, 설문은 다차원적 완벽주의 척도(Frost et al., 1990; 현진원, 1992)를 사용하였다.〔연구 2〕의 연구 참여자는 총 380명(연령 M=28.75, SD=7.10 운동경력 M=15.76, SD=4.95 지도경력 M=3.08, SD=2.15)이었고, 설문은〔연구 1〕에서 확인된 완벽주의 척도와 태권도 사범 스트레스 척도(정청희 등, 2005)를 사용하였다. 통계방법은 〔연구 1〕에서 기술통계와 EFA, CFA 통계방법을 사용하였고,〔연구 2〕에서는 기술통계, Pearson의 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 그리고 결과분석을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 태권도 사범의 다차원적 완벽주의는 조직정리, 타인기대, 개인기준, 부모기대, 실패에 대한 염려 요인으로 개념화 되었다. 둘째, 다차원적 완벽주의 하위 요인 중 타인기대와 부모기대 요인, 그리고 조직화 요인은 스트레스와 관계가 있는 것으로 연구가설(H1)을 부분적으로 지지하였다.

Abstract

The first purpose of this study was to assure the multidimensional concept and construct validity of perfectionism. And the second purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between TaeKwonDo instructors' stress and perfectionism based on verified factors in study 1. In the study 1, Participants were total 400 TaeKwonDo instructors. The first questionnaire was executed with 200 (Age M=27.27, SD=5.21 athletic career M=14.64, SD=5.75 coach career M=3.60, SD=2.62), and the second questionnaire was executed with 200 (Age M=26.60, SD=4.45 athletic career M=12.81, SD=3.78 coach career M=3.04, SD=2.24). The second was executed with 380(Age M=28.75, SD=7.10 athletic career M=15.76, SD=4.95 coach career M=3.08, SD=2.15) We used two kind of scales; the multidimensional perfectionism scale (Frost et al., 1990; Hyun, 1992) and TaeKwonDo Instructor Stress Scale (Chung et al., 2005). Descriptive statistics, EFA (exploratory factor analysis) and CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) were executed for the first study and correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were executed for the second study. The result of this study was as follows: In the first, the multidimensional perfectionism was composed of organization-arrangement, others expectation, personal standards, parental expectation, concern over failure factor. And the model of multidimensional concept in this study had desirable indexes on all result. It was analyzed as the model had construct validity. In the second, others expectation, parental expectation, and organization factor of multidimensional perfectionism were predict variables of grand-master, parental stress.
