축구 지도력 펀더멘틀의 상대적 중요도

이 연구는 축구 지도력 펀더멘틀을 계층구조화하고, 계층구조에 따른 지도력 펀더멘틀의 상대적 중요도를 산출할 목적으로 진행하였다. 축구전문가 8명을 대상으로 한 심층면담과 전문가회의를 개최하여 지도력 펀더멘틀의 계층구조를 도해하였으며, 축구지도자 27명을 대상으로 계층구조도에 따른 계층분석(AHP)을 진행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 축구지도자의 리더십 펀더멘틀은 동기적 요인, 인지적 요인, 성격적 요인, 사회적 요인 등 네 요인으로 범주화되었으며, 사회적 펀더멘틀은 신뢰, 희생, 공정성으로, 성격적 펀더멘틀은 배려, 소신, 자신감으로, 인지적 펀더멘틀은 전문지식, 창의성, 분석력으로, 동기적 펀더멘틀은 노력, 준비, 동기유발로 구조화되었다. 축구지도자의 리더십 펀더멘틀 요인의 상대적 중요도는 동기적 펀더멘틀, 인지적 펀더멘틀, 성격적 펀더멘틀, 사회적 펀더멘틀 순으로 평가되었으며, 사회적 펀더멘틀에 비해 성격적 펀더멘틀을 1.45배, 인지적 펀더멘틀은 1.46배, 동기적 펀더멘틀은 1.87배 중요한 것으로 나타났다. 사회적 펀더멘틀은 신뢰, 공정성, 희생 순으로, 성격적 펀더멘틀은 배려, 자신감, 소신 순으로, 인지적 펀더멘틀은 전문지식, 분석력, 창의성 순으로, 동기적 펀더멘틀은 동기유발, 노력, 준비 순으로 중요도가 평가되고 있다. 지도력 펀더멘틀의 상대적 중요도를 통합하면 동기유발, 전문지식, 소신, 노력, 자신감, 분석력, 준비, 신뢰, 창의성, 공정성, 배려, 희생 순으로 중요도가 평가되고 있다. 중요도가 가장 낮게 평가된 희생을 기준으로 했을 때 가장 중요한 펀더멘틀로 평가된 동기유발은 희생에 비해 4.76배 중요한 것으로 평가하고 있다. 본 연구는 질적 변수를 수량화해 접근할 가능성을 타진했다는데 의의를 둘 수 있을 것이며, 향후 본 연구의 방법론을 적용해 경기 상황에서 발생하는 정성적 변수의 정량화를 시도할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study was conducted 1) to make a hierarchical structure of psychological fundamental in football leadership by in-depth interviews with football specialists, 2) to calculate the importance of psychological fundamentals in football leadership by Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) with football Coaches. In-depth interviews were conducted to accomplish these purposes. Interview items were developed based on the previous researches on psychological fundamental in football leadership. As the results, Psychological fundamental in football leadership consists of four factors: social fundamental, personality fundamental, motivational fundamental, and cognitive fundamental. Social fundamental consists of trust, sacrifice, and impartiality, Personality fundamental consists of consideration, confidence, and hardness Motivational fundamental consists of motivation, exertion, and readiness, Cognitive fundamental consists of expertise, analysis, and creativity. The relative importance of hierarchical structure was motivational fundamental, cognitive fundamental, personality fundamental, and social fundamental respectively. The relative importance of hierarchical structure of psychological fundamental in football leadership was motivation, expertise, hardness, exertion, confidence, analysis, readiness, trust, creativity, impartiality, consideration, and sacrifice in order.
