ESG가 장소애착과 주민효능감에 미치는 영향연구: 빛가람혁신도시를 사례로

이 연구의 목적은 빛가람혁신도시 주민을 대상으로 ESG도시행정이 장소애착과 주민효능감에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 신도시를 위한 정책을 마련하기 위함이다. 이를 위해, 이 연구에서는 ESG 도시행정, 장소애착, 그리고 주민효능감의 이론 및 선행연구의 고찰을 통해 설문설계, 연구가설, 구조모형을 설정하고, 조사된 통계자료를 통해 구조방정식모형(SEM) 검증방법으로 연구가설을 확인하였다. 분석결과, ESG는 장소애착에 모든 경로에서 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있다. 이때 ESG요소 중 지배구조(G)는 장소애착에 미치는 영향력이 컸다. 반면에, 사회(S)가 장소애착에 미치는 영향력이 가장 낮은 것으로 검증되었다. 장소애착은 주민효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있었다. 다음은 이 연구의 정책적 시사점이다. 빛가람혁신도시는 ESG 정책을 활용하여 지역주민의 장소애착과 주민효능감을 높이기 위한 중장기적 계획과 전략을 수립하여 운용해야 한다. 또한, ESG정책을 집행하고 평가하기 위한 전문인력이 필요하다. 또한 빛가람혁신도시는 지속가능한 도시발전을 위해 ESG 정책과 함께 지역주민의 장소애착과 주민효능감을 지원하기 위한 정책이 필요하다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to establish policies for new cities by examining the impact of ESG urban administration on location attachment and resident efficacy for residents of Bitgaram Innovation City. To this end, survey design, research hypothesis, and structural model were established in this study through the theory of ESG urban administration, location attachment, and resident efficacy, and research hypothesis was confirmed by the structural equation model (SEM) verification method through the surveyed statistical data. As a result of the analysis, ESG has a positive effect on place attachment in all channels. At this time, among the ESG factors, governance structure(G) had a great influence on place attachment. On the other hand, it was proved that society(S) had the lowest influence on place attachment. Place attachment had a positive effect on residents' efficacy. The following are the policy implications. The Bitgaram Innovation City should establish and operate long-term plans and mid-term strategies to increase local residents' attachment to places and residents' sense of efficacy by utilizing ESG policies. In addition, professional manpower is required to implement and evaluate ESG policies. In addition, the Light Garam Innovation City needs policies to support local residents' attachment to places and residents' sense of efficacy along with ESG policies for sustainable urban development.
