Abstract
The role of the spa based on hydro-therapy is recently extended to the health and beauty service area. Thus the demand of the spa is predicted to be on the increase. The purpose of this study is to investigate the business feasibility of resort spa, and to suggest a master plan with various business proposals as a case study. Current issues of the spa have done with market research, and suggestion of the business proposal as a case study with program in ‘Kings-field’. The results were represented that the predicted working incomes compared with the predicted working funds for a year would be high, and the predicted incomes for a period of 5 years would be increased. It was concluded that the future prospect of the development on the business feasibility of resort spa would be good.
