본 論文은 金洙暎의 散文에 언급되고 있는 ‘生活’의 의미를 ‘돈’과 ‘處世’라는 관계 속에서 考察한 후 그것이 어떻게 김수영의 思惟와 心理에 內面化되어 作動하고 있는지를 深層的으로 살펴보고자 한다. 김수영의 산문에 主要하게 言及․强調되고 있는 ‘履行’의 의미는 현실의 矛盾을 止揚하려는 ‘實踐’의 意志를 내포하기보다는 생활의 ‘俗物性’과 예술의 ‘崇高性’ 사이에서 방황하는 자신의 內面的 갈등과 자신을 향해 던져지는 사회적 ‘騷音’을 일거에 녹여 버리는 思辨의 動力이라는 의미를 내포한다. 이러한 점을 본 논문은 ‘돈’과 ‘처세’의 내면화, ‘履行’과 ‘實踐’의 양상, ‘模糊性’과 ‘沈黙’의 機能이라는 側面에서 고찰하였다. 그 결과 김수영의 思惟는 ‘침묵의 履行(enforcement)’에 뿌리를 두고 있으며, 그것은 자신은 물론 타자와의 관계를 省察하는 思辨의 動力이라는 것을 밝혔다.
Abstract
This treatise considers the meaning of 'livelihood' in his prose in its relations with 'money' and 'worldly-wisdom' and observes deeply how it internalized and operated in his thought and mind. For his judging the secular propositions of 'money' and 'worldly-wisdom' frustrating his ideal as an artist(poet), he raged at himself being impossible to escape the fetters of livelihood or displayed his self-humbling attitudes. He disgusted livelihood but never escaped the fetters of it. This double attitude was caused by a result of his internalizing preferentially the modern secular proposition that there is not 'freedom' without 'money.' He didn't cognize the relation between 'livelihood' and 'art' as the inter-complementary penetrative but thought it 'stage-theoretically.' The central content in this treatise is that the emphasized 'enforcement' mainly in his prose didn't signify the 'practical' will to sublate (aufheben) the oppositions and contradictions of reality but was the dynamic of his speculation to dissolve simultaneously both the social noises being thrown to him and the inner conflicts of his wander between livelihood's 'philistinism' and art's 'nobility.' By considering this chain of attitudes in terms of the internalizing 'money' and 'worldly-wisdom,' the phases of 'enforcement' and 'practice,' and the functions of 'ambiguity' and 'silence', this treaties illuminates that Kim Su-Young's thought was rooted in the 'enforcement of silence' "afflicting one with throwing" so that it was not only the root guide to reflective practice for both him and others but also the dynamic of his speculation.
