협력학습에서 여대생의 창의적 인성과 창의적 문제해결 간의 관계: 협력적 조절의 매개효과를 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 대학생의 창의성 계발과 관련하여 협력학습 맥락에서 창의적 인성이 협력적 조절을 매개로 창의적 문제해결에 미치는 영향을 탐색하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 광주광역시 소재 2개 대학의 여학생 200명을 대상으로 2016년 10월에 설문을 실시하였으며 이들 변인간의 관계모형을 설정한 후 구조모형분석을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 창의적 인성이 협력적 조절을 매개로 창의적 문제해결에 영향을 미칠 것이라고 설정한 연구모형은 타당한 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 창의적 인성은 창의적 문제해결에 직접적인 영향을, 협력적 조절을 매개로 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과 및 논의를 중심으로 대학생의 창의성 신장을 위한 교육적 시사점을 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study analyzed the mediating effects of co-regulation for collaborative learning environment on the relationship between creative personality and creative problem-solving. Participants were 200 university female students. Structural equation modeling analysis was conducted to examine this model and the casual relationships among variables. The results were as follows: First, the results showed that the equation model of causal relationships among creative personality, co-regulation, and creative problem-solving was valid. Second, creative personality positively and directly influenced creative problem-solving and through mediation by co-regulation had an indirect effect on creative problem- solving in collaborative learning groups. Based on these results, this study formulated several educational suggestions with elevate university female-student’s creativity.
