초록

창의성 교육이 확산될수록 창의성 교육이 수업의 내용과 방법 면에서 교과 내용 지식의 습득과 함께 학생들의 창의성 증진에 기여하는 올바른 형태로 진행되고 있는지 점검하는 것이 필요하다. 창의성 향상을 위한 교사의 교수행동을 측정하는 척도개발에 대한 연구가 있으나 대부분 수업 실행 장면에서의 교수행동을 측정하는데만 초점이 모아졌다. 수업에서의 창의성 교육을 보다 체계적으로 모니터링하고 평가하려면 수업준비부터 실행 및 결과에 이르기 까지 수업의 전 과정에서 모든 수업의 요소(학생, 교사, 교육과정, 환경)에 기초하여 창의성 교육을 평가하는 모델이나 도구가 개발되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구는 수업의 준비부터 실행 그리고 결과에 이르기 까지 각 과정에서 수업에 관계되는 요소들(교사, 학생, 교육과정, 환경)과 창의성과 관련된 요소들(확산적 사고 기술, 창의적 성격증진, 동기유발, 문제해결력, 연상적 사고능력, 교과지식, 수렴적 사고 기술, 창의적 산물)을 나열해 보고 이들이 상호작용하여 교과지식과 함께 창의성 교육을 실현하는가를 평가하는 모델을 구현해 내고자 한다.

Abstract

As the creativity education gains more importance in school curriculum, it becomes more important to check out whether it evolves in the right direction in enhancing both contents knowledge and creativity of students. While there are a number of studies to measure the quality of teacher’s creativity education, most of them focus on measuring teaching behavior in the classroom. However, monitoring and evaluating systematically creativity education need an assessment of creativity education in its whole process of preparation, teaching and evaluation. This study aims to propose a model for the assessment of creativity education from class preparation to evaluation based on all the components of instruction(teacher, student, curriculum, environment) and those of creativity education(divergent thinking, creative personality, motivation, problem solving, associative thinking, content knowledge, convergent thinking, creative outcome)
