본 연구는 통합교육 현장에 적용이 용이한 실제적 재교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여, 개별 장애아동에게 필요한 관련서비스 영역의 공통적 이해기반을 구축하고 지역 내 현장교사의 의견을 수렴하여 협력적 교사 재교육 프로그램의 모형과 교육내용을 제안하고자 한다. 충남지역의 특수교사와 일반교사 241명의 설문조사를 통해 수집된 자료는 (1) 교사들의 재교육 경험 및 욕구, (2) 관련서비스 영역별 교육경험 및 희망 교육영역, (3) 재직학교 및 담당 학급의 관련서비스 지원 실태, (4) 지역 내 협력적 재교육 프로그램 개발 시 고려해야 할 정보 등의 연구문제에 따라 문항별로 빈도 및 백분율 또는 선호도 순위로 분석하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to suggest a regional in-service teacher training model for providing a collaborative inclusion program for students with special needs. The suggested forms and contents for this teacher training model are based on the survey results by 241 teachers in Chungnam region. In order to collect diverse ideas of in-service teachers regarding the highly collaborative inclusion programs, the surveys were given to both general education teachers and special education teachers. The analysis of the survey results were helpful to understand the limited support for inclusion services for students with special needs and the teachers' urgent needs for in-service teacher training programs for effective inclusion and related services.
