뇌성마비아동에 대한 전산화신경인지기능검사(CNT)의 유용성 연구

초록

본 연구는 뇌성마비아동에 대한 신경심리학적인 평가도구로서 전산화신경인지기능검사(CNT)의 유용성을 확인하여, CNT를 통해 뇌성마비아동의 요구에 맞는 체계적인 중재방법의개발과 교육적 중재 계획에 유용한 정보를 제공하는데 활용하고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산시내 특수학교 2곳과 일반학교의 특수학급에 재학 중인 초등학생, 그리고 종합병원 3곳의 치료실을 이용하는 6~13세 뇌성마비아동을 대상으로 K-ABC와 CNT 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 뇌성마비아동에 대한 CNT의 신뢰도와 타당도를 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, CNT 전체의 Cronbach's α계수는 .90이고, 각 하위영역별 신뢰도는 주의력이 .84,기억력이 .78, 고위인지 기능이 .66으로 나타났으며, CNT의 반분신뢰도 계수는 r=.55로 나타나 내적 일치도를 반영하는 의미 있는 결과가 도출되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 CNT의 하위영역별 검사들이 신경인지기능을 검사하기에 적합한 항목들로 이루어져 있으며, 각 하위검사들이 하위영역별로 안정적이고 일관성 있게 측정하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 뇌성마비에 대한 신경심리학적 검사도구로서 CNT의 신뢰도를 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 뇌성마비아동에 대한 CNT의 타당도는, 전체 CNT와 K-ABC의 상관은 .61로 타당도가높은 것으로 나타났고, CNT의 각 하위영역과 전체K-ABC도 .52~.59로 타당도가 있는 것으로나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 CNT는 타당성을 인정받고 있는 K-ABC와의 상관에 의해 공인타당도를 검증 받았으며, 뇌성마비아동에게 적용 가능한 타당한 검사도구임을 시사한다.

Abstract

This study was investigated 63 children with cerebral palsy in Busan City. First of all, they were tested K-ABC(Kaufman Assessment Battery). And they were tested on three components(attention ,memory, and higher cognitive function) of neurocognition functions with Computerized Neurocognitive Function Test(CNT). The concrete findings of this study was as follows. First, the result of examination on the utility of CNT showed that the cronbach-α of total CNT was .90, attention test was .84, memory test was .78,higher cognitive function test was .66. and the split-half reliability was .55. These results were taken to provide the evidences of reliability on CNT. Second, the result of analyzing correlation between CNT and K-ABC showed that the evidences of the arrest validity was .61 respectively related. Therefore, this study suggested that CNT could be applicable to children with CP as a neurocognitive assessment battery of them.
