기업교육의 패러다임 전환-훈련에서 학습으로 그리고 성과에서 가치로

Abstract

This paper reviewed workplace education paradigm shifts. It is already argued that workplace education paradigms have been evolved from training to learning to performance. In this paper, we made a step forward from the previous argument of linear and one-way evolution of workplace education paradigm. We deal with workplace education paradigm multi-linearly and multi-dimensionally. In addition, we suggest a new paradigm. We conceptualized workplace education paradigm in two dimensions: training vs. learning in one dimension of internal educational process, and performance vs. value in the other dimension of external results. While a paradigm shift from training to learning belongs to the internal educational process area, a shift from learning to performance contrasts internal educational process with external results. Thus, these two shifts are different in their dimensions. We further emphasize another inevitable corporate paradigm shift from performance to value.
