여성장애인의 사회적 개인적 자원으로서 취업상태, 일자리 만족도, 생활 만족도 연구: 남성장애인과 비교 중심으로

이 연구는 고용개발원에서 매년 조사, 수집되는 고용패널자료 중에서 2011년을 중심으로 여성장애인들의 인구 통계적 특성과 일상생활 만족도, 그리고 일자리 만족도를 알아보기 위하여 4,397명의 조사 참여자들에 대해 개별화된 전산면접방법으로 수집된 결과들을 분석하고 해석하였다. 여성장애인들을 중심으로 하여 분석된 결과들은 이들의 경제활동 상태가 매우 취약하며, 고용을 증대시키고 적극적 경제활동을 뒷받침해 줄 수 있는 지지체계와 여러 가지 자원들도 부족하다는 점을 보여주고 있다. 여전히 여성장애인들은 가사와 육아, 그리고 결핍된 교육기회에 적나라하게 노출되어 있었고, 남성장애인들에 비해서도 상대적으로 낮은 일상생활 만족도와 일자리 만족도를 보여주었다. 이런 여성장애인들의 열악한 상태를 개선시키려는 노력은 국가 정책적으로도 긴급히 요구되며, 임상실천상으로 다양한 서비스와 지지체계의 구축 필요성을 드러내고 있다. 따라서 공공의 일자리 창출을 위한 정부의 노력이 거시적 측면에서 중요하지만 구체적인 정책적으로 어떻게 여성장애인에게 지역사회 단위에서 지지체계를 마련하고 사회적 개인적 자원을 확보할 수 있도록 원조할지도 세밀하게 고려해야 한다.
Abstract
This study examines the personal characteristics, level of education, religion, subjective socio-economic status, the level of job satisfaction, and the level of life satisfaction. The data analyses of 4,397 people with disability were done by chi-square analysis, anova, independent t-tests, Pearson correlation coefficients, and a series of logistic regression analyses. The study analyzed the preexisting data of the Panel Survey of Employment for the People with Disabilities which is annually conducted by the Employment Development Institute (EDI). The data was collected by asking question about the topics related to economic activities of a selection of respondents with disabilities. The data analysis in this study mainly focuses on the year 2011 data factors such as demographic characteristics, daily life satisfaction, and employment satisfaction of women with disabilities. The study was performed by 4,397 registered male and female participants, and the analysis of results were based upon electronic interview method individually collected. The results present women with disabilities have a very vulnerable economic activity status, and the lack of resource and support is a significant problem. Comparison to men with disabilities show how this group of population have a relatively low daily life satisfaction and employment satisfaction. The women with disabilities are still at the risk of being exposed to house work, child care, and shortage of educational opportunities. In order to improve the poor living conditions of women with disabilities the federal policies needs to be improved in an urgent manner. The service and support system needs to be diverse with a solid structure based on clinical practices. As a result, the federal work to increase public jobs is important, but the need to focus on the social policies for social and individual resources is more critical. These resources should be offered at a community level for women with disabilities.
