본 연구의 목적은 DACUM 기법을 적용하여 국제진료코디네이터의 직무를 분석하여 효율적인 교육과 실무지침서 작성을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위함이다. 국제진료코디네이터 직무분석을 위하여 DACUM분석과 국제진료코디네이터 실무 경험이 있는 9명의 국제진료코디네이터를 DACUM 위원으로 선정하였다. 자료는 설문지를 이용하여 61명의 국제진료코디네이터로부터 수집하였고 기술 분석을 수행하였다. 설문지에는 임무, 작업 및 작업 요소에 대한 수행 빈도, 중요도, 난이도를 포함하고 있다. 국제진료코디네이터의 직무는 8개의 임무와 59개의 작업으로 규명되었다. 8개의 임무 중에서 ‘리스크 관리’는 중요도가 가장 높고(2.82±0.33), 가장 어려운 임무로 나타났으며(2.81±0.31). ‘고객응대 서비스’는 가장 많이 수행된 임무였다(2.49±0.35). 59개의 작업 중에서 ‘마케팅 기획/전략 수립’은 가장 중요한 작업으로 인식되었다(2.81±0.40). 결론적으로 본 연구 결과는 국제진료코디네이터의 직무 표준화 및 교육과정 개발에 필요한 근거중심의 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The aim of this study was to identify and to analyze the tasks of Global Health Care Coordinators(GHCCS) based on DACUM method. The DACUM committee was organized with 9 pannels who have experienced in DACUM analysis and global health care coordination. Data were collected using a questionnaire survery from 61 GHCCS and analyzed by descriptive statistics. The questionnaire included frequency, importance, and difficulty of duties, tasks and task elements. The job description of GHCCS revealed 8 duties and 59 tasks. On the all 8 duties, 'risk management' was the most important(2.82±0.33) and was most difficulty(2.81±0.31). 'Customer reception services'(2.49±0.35) was most frequently performed. Among 59 tasks, 'Marketing planning /strategies building'(2.81±0.40) was perceived as the most important task. It is recommended that job description for GHCCS need to be standardrized and reshaped in advanced way in future.
