예비특수교사의 다양성 수용도가 학업적 흥미와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향

초록

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 예비특수교사의 다양성 수용도가 학업적 흥미와 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향관계를 알아보기 위한 것이다. 연구방법: 본 연구에서의 연구대상은 G도, B시에 소재하고 있는 예비특수교사 192명의 데이터를 이용했으며, 다양성 수용도와 학업적 흥미, 진로준비행동 설문지를 본 연구에 맞게 수정 보완하여 이용하였다. 자료분석은 PASW 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 예비특수교사의 다양성 수용도는 학업적 흥미의 하위 변인인 상황적 흥미와 개인적 흥미에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 다양성 수용도는 직업준비행동 하위변인인 정보수집활동, 도구 구비활동, 목표 달성 활동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이러한 결과는 예비특수교사에게 있어 다양성 수용도는 특수교사로서 나아가야 할 학업에 있어 흥미를 느낄 수 있으며, 진로를 준비하는데 있어서도 중요한 변인임을 나타낸다. 따라서 예비특수교사의 다양성 수용도를 향상시키기 위해 장애학생에 대한 여러 요구 및 특성을 이해할 수 있도록 학업에 있어 다양성을 이해하고 수용할 수 있는 전문적인 지식 향상을 위한 교육적 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이며, 실습위주의 수업이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to verify pre-service adapted physical education teachers to clarify the relationship between Academic Interest and Career Preparation Behavior of openness to diversity. Method: Analyze the data of 194 pre-service adapted physical education studying. The data are processed with PASW 20.0 program. Results: First, there is statistically significant difference in situational interest and individual interest of academic interest by openness to diversity. Second, there is statistically significant difference in intelligence collection activities, tool equipment activities and target achievement activity of academic interest by career preparation behavior. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to improve the openness to diversity of pre-service adapted physical education teacher, it is necessary to prepare educational measures to improve the professional knowledge to understand and accommodate diversity in academic studies so that various needs and characteristics of students with disabilities can be understood.
